Experience a smoother brew — no paper, no waste.

This elegant four-piece set showcases the award-winning Cera Filter from Arita, Japan — a reusable ceramic coffee filter made with countless micron-sized pores. Crafted from porous ceramic infused with far-infrared properties, the filter naturally removes impurities while preserving the essential coffee oils that paper filters absorb.

The result? A clean, mellow flavor with reduced bitterness and a rounder mouthfeel — cup after cup.

Inspired by the traditional Tenmoku glaze, the black porcelain pieces in this collection feature unique surface patterns with a soft, matte texture. Each item is handcrafted in Arita, continuing over 400 years of ceramic tradition.

✦ Set Includes:

  • Cera Filter – Porous ceramic (reusable)

  • Double-Wall Cup M – Keeps coffee hot while the exterior stays cool

  • Stainless Steel Stand – Reversible design allows two height options (190mm / 168mm) by flipping the stand to adjust the distance between filter and cup.

  • Porcelain Coaster – Elegant base for presentation and function

How to Use:

  1. Set the coaster onto the stand and place the cup underneath. (Tip: pre-warm the cup for optimal flavor.)

  2. Adjust the stand height as needed. For the included double-wall cup, use the larger ring on top.

  3. Place the Cera Filter on top and ensure it is sitting flat.

  4. We recommend coarsely or medium-ground coffee — approx. 15g per cup.

  5. Pour hot water just to wet the grounds, let bloom for ~20 seconds, then slowly pour in stages.

  6. Control extraction by adjusting pour rate and volume.

Maintenance Instructions

Daily Care:

After each use, rinse thoroughly under running water using a soft brush (like a toothbrush) to remove any remaining grounds or oils. Then pour boiling water through the filter until it runs clear. Air dry completely before storing.

⚠️ Do not use detergent

Deep Cleaning (When Flow Slows):

Option 1 – Boiling Method:

Boil the filter for 10–20 minutes in water with 2 spoonfuls of baking soda.

Option 2 – Oven Method:

Heat the filter in an oven or toaster until any smoke stops. Allow it to cool fully, then rinse with hot or cold water.

⚠️ Handle with care – the filter will be very hot after cleaning.

A beautiful fusion of design, function, and craftsmanship — made for those who treasure both tradition and taste.
