After each use, rinse the filter under running water using a soft brush (e.g. toothbrush) to remove coffee grounds or tea leaves. Then pour boiling water through the filter until it runs clear. Let it air dry completely before storing.
⚠️ Do not use detergent!
Boiling Method:
Boil the filter for 10–20 minutes in water with 2 spoonfuls of baking soda to dissolve oils and residue.
Oven Method:
Place the filter in an oven or toaster until any smoke stops. Allow it to cool completely, then rinse.
⚠️ Please handle with care, as the filter and water can become very hot.
